Ja auch f\u00fcr Dich. Und ja ich verstehe, es gibt so viele Anbieter welche das Gleiche anbieten wie Du.<br><strong>ABER<\/strong>, keiner ist wie Du.<br>Wenn (potentielle) Kunden Dich auf Social Media Plattformen finden, k\u00f6nnen sie eine Beziehung zu Dir aufbauen. Du gewinnst ihr Vertrauen. Vertrauen ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu einer guten Kundenbeziehung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-3af08780-aa82-486c-8b24-a6510b5b4333\">Der Punkt ist, wenn Du nicht auf Social Media bist, hast Du keine Kontrolle. Denn es wird eh geredet. Wenn Du pr\u00e4sent bist, kannst Du mitreden und negativen Kommentaren \u00fcber Dich, Deine Produkte, Deine Dienstleistung entgegen wirken. Wenn Du bei Kritik auf die Person eingehen kannst, hast Du die M\u00f6glichkeit aus einem Gegner einen Fan zu machen.<br>Und Fans sind was wir f\u00fcr Dein Unternehmen suchen. Denn die erz\u00e4hlen Anderen von Dir und das ohne, dass Du sie darum bittest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-5293ba50-aed9-476a-848a-dce8169c5620\">Und auch Deine Reputation leidet nicht wenn Du eine Social Media Pr\u00e4senz hast. Im Gegenteil. Du kannst mit Posts Deine Unternehmens-Philosophie, Deine Werte nach Aussen tragen.
